This position will ensure that supplementary product definition materials meet established standards for appearance and content. Assist with creating or updating marketing materials, and documenting sales related process and procedures. Develop effective communication and a positive working relationship with Sales and Marketing department.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Reviews and edit option verbiage and related documents for product offerings.
Assist with the creation and maintenance product related documents such as images, drawings, and spreadsheets for adherence to standards.
Update user documentation for product configuration system tool.
Serve as a liaison to define and document processes and procedures for Sales and Order Management.
Prepare and maintain Sales Library documents.
Communicate with Sales Representatives to obtain field data as needed.
Provide project level support to Sales, Marketing, and Product Management on various projects such as spec sheets, marketing flyers, and sales meeting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Student working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration or related field
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
Outstanding communication, organizational, planning, and leadership skills are essential.
Strong attention to detail.

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate’s experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
