Requirements
  • Student working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration or related field
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, planning, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Reviews and edit option verbiage and related documents for product offerings.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance product related documents such as images, drawings, and spreadsheets for adherence to standards.
  • Update user documentation for product configuration system tool.
  • Serve as a liaison to define and document processes and procedures for Sales and Order Management.
  • Prepare and maintain Sales Library documents.
  • Communicate with Sales Representatives to obtain field data as needed.
  • Provide project level support to Sales, Marketing, and Product Management on various projects such as spec sheets, marketing flyers, and sales meeting.
