Responsibilities
  • Resolve issues end-to-end across Meter’s full stack
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation
  • Deliver high quality root cause analyses for customers and internal teams
  • Monitor proactive alerts and provide timely triage and support
  • Identify trends in support needs and create centralized playbooks
  • Create design templates for operational deployment and network installs
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Operations for configuration changes
  • Acquire and analyze wired and wireless packet captures
  • Collaborate with Engineering on feature requests and workflow improvements
  • Work closely with QA Engineering to validate new features
