- Significant experience working as a millwright on industrial equipment.

- Ability to work scheduled maintenance, shutdowns, installations, equipment moves, rigging, and breakdown calls safely and precisely.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and extended work periods during shutdown seasons and projects.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on industrial equipment in food plants, building materials facilities, automotive facilities, aggregate operations, chemical facilities, and automation environments.
- Carry out shutdown work, equipment installations, equipment moves, rigging, and breakdown calls.
- Work primarily in the field, with some shop-based work.
- Travel to customer sites across Southwestern Ontario and the west end of the Greater Toronto Area.
- Work overtime after eight hours per day when applicable.
