Requirements

  • Have an interest to work on hard problems
  • Enjoy fast-paced environments and can show adaptability for prioritizing tasks
  • Have a passion for solving problems and are excited by the idea of helping to shape infrastructure
  • Love to be in the lab, build, troubleshoot, and run experiments
  • Are a self-starter and can work well both independently and in a team environment
  • BSc in one of the following: Materials science, physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or other related fields
  • Efficient communicator
  • Good in a lab environment
  • Mechatronics background highly appreciated
Responsibilities
  • Develop bonding processes to bond diamond chips to various semiconductors
  • Test the bond quality by various methods
  • Be a key driver in building internal infrastructure for bonding and testing
  • Manage the diamond specification processes liaising with internal and external parties
  • Write reports on a regular basis on progress
Desired Qualifications
  • Wafer bonding or die attach experience is a plus
