Requirements
  • Balance technical acumen with soft skills (e.g., communication, education, leadership)

  • 3–5 years of experience in media planning/buying analytics or advertising analytics
  • Advanced experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for system-based problem-solving in media planning and buying
  • Establish technical roadmaps for implementing data pipelines, improving campaign analysis, and generating actionable insights
  • Address and prioritize common challenges across multiple clients to maximize impact
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align media planning strategies with data-driven insights
  • Advocate and sell analytics strategies to clients to support campaign objectives
  • Lead day-to-day analytics for media planning and buying scopes of work (SOWs)
  • Establish prioritization frameworks for tasks and resources to ensure efficient workflows
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is available for reporting deliverables
  • Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines to process and analyze media performance data
  • Oversee integrations with media platforms and vendor APIs
  • Manage technical requirements across clients and internal stakeholders
  • Promote and enforce best practices for coding, analyzing, and presenting data
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Strategy, Media Buying) to enhance client outcomes
  • Provide a holistic vision for analytics and its integration with media planning teams
  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team focused on media planning and buying
  • Establish development plans and training programs for team members
  • Consult on SOWs to ensure proper allocation of resources and technical solutions
  • Support hiring efforts by identifying and onboarding the right talent
