Requirements
  • In progress Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency in C in a real-time embedded environment
  • Familiarity with Python/pytest test framework
  • Knowledge of Linux and/or WSL development environments desired
  • Familiarity with VScode (cortex debug) desired
  • Hands-on experience with debugging and profiling tools
  • Familiarity with open-source development practices and community collaboration
  • Knowledge of AI/ML data pipelines and model deployment, with a focus on edge computing and local inference
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Linux-based software and applications
  • Work closely with senior hardware and software developers, to ensure successful project execution
  • Improve performance and resolve software defects through debugging and optimization
  • Develop scripts and tools to streamline development and testing processes
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and code comments
