Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent required
  • At least 5 years of compensation experience
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
  • Contribute to the development of the Compensation Discussion & Analysis section of the proxy
  • Conduct job leveling of executive positions and make compensation recommendations
  • Support administration of annual executive compensation processes
  • Coordinate compliance with compensation-related regulations
  • Benchmark peer company programs and design
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in executive compensation
  • Perform research and analysis on publicly filed information
  • Design compensation-related communication materials
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests and special projects
