Requirements
  • Minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law either in private practice or an in-house role as a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contractual issues
  • Experience providing legal advice on data protection
  • Good organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • A practical approach to problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good commercial sense
  • Based in London area. This will be a hybrid role eventually.
Responsibilities
  • Review and advise on all commercial contracts involving the company
  • Provide guidance on appropriate terms and conditions for contracts
  • Offer legal advice on data protection matters
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard contractual clauses and templates
  • Collaborate with the company’s procurement division
  • Support senior legal team members on compliance matters
  • Monitor and evaluate legal developments that may impact the company
