About the Company: We’re partnered with a FinTech startup that supports SMB’s with financial literacy, accounts, & money management. They are looking for a Lead Risk Strategist (Manager/Director) to join their team.

- Analyze data to create fraud rules

- Collaborate with vendors to improve our risk controls

- Watch for fraud trends and weaknesses in our system

- Work with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to create better fraud prevention tools

- Have 4+ years of fraud or risk experience

- Good with data and making data-backed recommendations

- Enjoy improving risk processes and procedures

- Collaborative and skilled at managing projects

- Know your way around SQL and using it for business improvement

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
