We’re Hiring: VP, Growth and Product Marketing
Join us to lead Talos’s growth and product marketing efforts as we connect and empower financial institutions to the world of digital assets. You will define and implement the marketing and advertising strategy that powers our sales process, informs potential customers about Talos’s unique value propositions, and charts a path for exponential growth of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties
You are a leader who is responsible for being a thought leader in the space, building a team to manage and mentor, and collaborating effectively with peers and other senior managers.
- Demonstrate product & platform expertise as a means of creating content and strategy to educate our target market and attract them to our offering.
- Partner with the Sales and Business Development organization to create powerful sales artifacts, methods and campaigns that fill the sales funnel with qualified leads.
- Engage with the market - prospects, customers, partners - and conduct primary research about the ways in which Talos can enter markets with current and existing products to win new business and grow market share.
- Educate target audiences (prospects, partners) about Talos’s value proposition by directing the generation of the website, sales collateral, video, paid advertisements, and any other creative touchpoints.
- Develop strategies and methods qualify and fill the top of the funnel with sales and partnership leads.
- Event marketing – Selecting what industry events we attend, defining our brand presence and our level of engagement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience leading growth and/or product marketing in a related field (FinTech, Digital assets, Electronic trading, SaaS) designing and implementing modern marketing strategies:
- 12+ years of relevant experience with a history of accomplishment and demonstrable increases in responsibilities and span of control
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading university required; MBA candidates preferred
- Experience leading growth, product marketing, advertising, managing marketing-qualified leads, generating demand from partners, prospects and candidates
- Superior ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- The ideal candidate will communicate exceptionally across all mediums with all audiences and be able to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical partners across all levels.
- Proven servant leader mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with a modern tech stack and marketing automation tools
- Located near our NYC HQ is preferred, but candidates in London will be considered; Flexible (international) travel and remote work is a possibility
