How You Will Change the World in this Role

Own Our Content Strategy—Curate, design, and distribute content that educates, influences, and engages customers.

Drive Public Relations and Brand Awareness—Own and manage the relationship with Landit’s PR agency; including, but not limited to producing press releases, writing/coordinating bylines, and guest posts on prominent outlets to establish the company as a leader in the space.

Develop and Grow Our Community—Grow our subscriber base by providing users with regular and helpful content, such as newsletters, emails, and other related outreach. Utilize resources to propose new content topic ideas consistent with the company’s strategic initiatives.

Advocate Our Voice—Produce and publish content that is clear, consistent, complete, credible. Develop content that serves as a “voice” to disrupt the exploding industry of career management.

Take Creative Risk and Innovate—Explore innovative new methodology, through both research and creative license, to reach and develop our community with the goal of improving the way women navigate and own their career path.

Be a Part of the Team—Understand the company’s value proposition, industry pain points, and competitive landscape.

Why We’ll Love You

• 5+ years of successful experience driving customer engagement and measurable growth through content creation, curation, newsletters, email marketing, and SEO
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier school in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or Business.
• Experience managing and creating content marketing strategies, including writing and editorial experience in a B2B and/or B2C environment
• General knowledge of marketing or other similar marketing automation/web content management system
• Willing to engage in both tactical and strategic work as business needs dictate
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• An appreciation for working with a close-knit team in a startup environment.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through issues.
• Motivated self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Thrives in a multi-tasking environment, ensures quality deliverables, and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
