- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse license to practice in the State of New York.
- Demonstrate knowledge and competency in waived testing procedures through training, updated knowledge of manufacturers' manuals, and annual observation of routine work by a supervisor or delegate.
- Apply nursing procedures in the care of a designated group of patients.
- Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Work from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., five days per week, with rotating weekends.
- Prior experience or knowledge of alcoholism, chemical addiction, and mental health.
