Requirements
  • University/College degree or sufficient work experience in lieu of;
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant IT experience within an Enterprise environment;
  • Effective problem solving that enables you to facilitate from the problem statement through to the solution and resolution, working with CCoE (Cloud Centre of Excellence) Product Owners and partnered areas across DBTS (Digital Business and Technology Solutions).
  • Strong technical working knowledge of Cloud services and offerings
  • Customer / Client Journey analysis
  • Problem analysis and problem statement definition
  • Agile process and delivery expertise including the use of JIRA to manage an intake and delivery workload.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and consolidate demand collection for the assigned portfolio, collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Digital Business Technology Solutions (DBTS) partners to ensure that decisions are actioned
  • Own and manage requests through the triage process to ensure an efficient, consistent and effective experience. End to end responsibility for the completion of the assigned intake.
  • Coordinate triage meetings with assigned portfolio to develop a forward view of requirements and analysis of requests requiring CCoE support. This is accomplished through communication, collaboration, and portfolio management and planning.
  • Develop and maintain a tracker of all requests
  • Work with DBTS partners to ensure project activities and dependencies are captured within scope
  • Manage the flow of intakes into Kanban board
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure alignment of priorities, approaches, and activities across teams to effectively deliver on overall team objectives.
  • Collaborate on process improvements, and quality assurance of the process inputs and outputs.
  • Support conversations at the business level, working to discover consumer core objectives.
  • Working both internally and externally with AWS to track and align key initiatives with how to accomplish consumer goals.
  • Reviewing the intake model for cloud and finding opportunities to improve business requirements gathering.
  • Support Program Increment (PI) planning and ad hoc demand.
  • Own specific programs that are large and complex in nature and require more dedicated support.
  • Drives customer relationship management & communication as key interface for the requestor, facilitating across all IT partners that are required to delivery the required solution.
  • Act as a dedicated guide to navigate the CCoE (Cloud Centre of Excellence) and AWS (Amazon Web Services) on behalf of internal line of business consumers. This enhanced function will work to centrally manage the transition from on-prem application and infrastructure environments to the cloud, while removing the need for consumers to reach out directly to AWS for support.
  • Providing consumers advice across portfolios / lines of business, to encourage migrations to cloud where there are nuanced items that require specific focus.
  • Define the cloud centric measures and performance metrics which will track the effectiveness of the services we deliver to our customers
  • Leverage Portfolio Kanban Board for reporting and dashboard overview with leadership
  • Develop and maintain documentation for each assigned portfolio, including meeting minutes, hand-over requirements, and any other required documentation supporting the intake or delivery process.
  • Ensure all documentation is stored in the SharePoint site, Service Now, and other locations identified by the process.
  • Assist and collaborate on creation of the planning cycle materials such as presentation for Senior Management.
