Responsibilities
  • Provide Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Technical Support Services for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program Golden Field Office (GFO) Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Provision: BIL Provision 40552 as part of a Federal Government Small Business Set Aside Proposal to provide Support Services Under The DOE-Wide National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) BPA OBO The U.S. Department of Energy | DOE Golden Field Office (GFO) Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Technical Support Services for the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Technical Support Services Under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Provision: BIL Provision 40552 and as part of ProSidian's Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Environmental Services Solutions and related Services | Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment - Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment (EIE) Sector Group: Tailored Solutions To Meet Global Needs And Manage Resources across Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment In A Changing Environment.
  • Lead the preparation of technical sections within environmental documents focusing on noise pollution; provide technical reviews and ensure quality assurance in noise pollution assessments; contribute to development and execution of projects within the NEPA team; collaborate with internal staff and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance; participate in periodic reviews; provide detailed technical analysis; maintain meticulous documentation.
  • Participate in NEPA-related tasks including NEPA Environmental Analysis and Determinations, NEPA Inbox Support Functions, Virtual NEPA Meetings, NEPA Tracking, NEPA Records, NEPA Environmental Consultations, NEPA Environmental Support.
  • Perform NEPA data gathering and synthesis for historical preservation reporting.
  • Monitor and track NEPA submissions, provide reports to NEPA personnel, and manage NEPA data in SharePoint.
  • Attend and document results of meetings, hearings, and phone calls related to NEPA activities; support concept paper reviews and draft Statement of Project Objectives.
  • Record completed NEPA documents in project management repositories.
  • Be involved in and document consultations with federal, state, local agencies, tribes, and other organizations regarding compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Review GFO reports or documents as requested.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and alignment of technical contributions with project objectives.
