Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with systems administration of Windows systems, including system management, application and software patching, or optimization and monitoring of network servers
  • 3+ years of experience with management of Windows Server and Workstations in an Active Directory domain
  • 2+ years of experience with management of Linux workstations, including Ubuntu or Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems
  • 2+ years of experience with the management of virtual machines using VMware vSphere and vCenter
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery of systems
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • IAT level II or III DoD Baseline Certification
Responsibilities
  • help us design, deploy, and maintain a standalone network system
  • ensure the infrastructure remains functional and available to support our client’s mission
  • constantly look for ways to make the infrastructure better using the latest technology and the best implementation strategies
  • identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement of a mission-critical system
  • work closely with Government counterparts at the client’s site to ensure our system meets requirements and remains operational
  • share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help our team address challenges and develop new methodologies
  • identify new opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs
  • solve daily challenges to help our team provide excellent support to our client
