Systems Administrator
The Opportunity:
As a systems administrator, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with many opportunities to learn about Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Automation (BPM) tools. You’ll perform Windows Server administration, installation, configuration, and upgrading of OpenText ECM platform administration support, including web hosting, IIS support, Tomcat and TomEE, domain service account maintenance, certificate maintenance, and technical security vulnerability remediation.
You’ll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. You’ll analyze problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. You’ll be able to combine your technical experience with communication skills as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. We focus on growing as a team, so we’ll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together.

You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration
- 2+ years of experience in Windows Internet Information Services (IIS) administration and web hosting
- 2+ years of experience in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of OpenText ECM systems
- 2+ years of experience in OpenText ECM platform administration support, including Web Hosting, IIS Support, Tomcat and TomEE, domain service account maintenance, and certificate maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting web-based application issues
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience updating OpenText ECM systems and other web application Service Account Updating
- Experience working with Federal Health clients
- Experience with configuration management, Jira project management, and SNOW incident management
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
- Experience with deployment process management, cybersecurity framework, and technical security vulnerability remediation
- Experience with validation
- Public Trust
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
