  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration
  • 2+ years of experience in Windows Internet Information Services (IIS) administration and web hosting
  • 2+ years of experience in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of OpenText ECM systems
  • 2+ years of experience in OpenText ECM platform administration support, including Web Hosting, IIS Support, Tomcat and TomEE, domain service account maintenance, and certificate maintenance
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based application issues
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
  • perform Windows Server administration, installation, configuration, and upgrading of OpenText ECM platform administration support, including web hosting, IIS support, Tomcat and TomEE, domain service account maintenance, certificate maintenance, and technical security vulnerability remediation
  • help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management
  • analyze problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network
  • combine technical experience with communication skills as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning
  • focus on growing as a team, share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together
