Requirements
  • Ten or more years of experience in energy management, audits, engineering, project delivery, and measurement and verification
  • Deep expertise in Measurement and Verification protocols, specifically IPMVP
  • Strong knowledge of utilities, equipment, and control systems

Responsibilities
  • Lead teams of energy engineers in developing solutions and executing M&V plans for EPC projects across Americas, Europe, and Middle East and Africa regions.
  • Design and implement M&V plans in accordance with IPMVP guidelines, ensuring accuracy in savings verification and reporting.
  • Conduct post-installation and commissioning surveys, spot measurements, and consumption pattern analysis to validate project outcomes.
  • Provide technical advisory to regulatory authorities and stakeholders on energy performance and compliance.
  • Deliver guaranteed savings contracts, protecting multimillion-dollar liabilities and ensuring contractual performance.
  • Perform energy audits, building management system upgrades, and optimization across diverse verticals including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and Tier 3 data centers.
  • Oversee project cost estimation, risk assessment, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for large-scale energy efficiency projects.
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to support portfolio management, operating expenditure/capital expenditure planning, and lifecycle cost optimization.

The collaboration combines Honeywell's access control portfolio with Rhombus' cloud-based video management capabilities in a single platform.
