Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship for obtaining security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of government subcontract experience with DoD and Intelligence customers
  • Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and general contracts law principles
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply federal regulations and related acquisition policies and guidance
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Working experience using Deltek Costpoint
Responsibilities
  • Perform life cycle subcontract administration for a high volume of government contracts
  • Manage proposals directly with subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
  • Draft and negotiate subcontract agreements
  • Review, negotiate and execute non-disclosure agreements and other types of special agreements
  • Support purchasing system compliance activities
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Recommend process improvements to scale and optimize subcontract activities and practices
  • Participate in special projects
