- BPM knowledge specifically in open source BPM such as Alfresco Activiti BPM.
- Knowledge of open source enterprise integration patterns using Apache Camel, Spring Integration, Mule ESB.
- Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
- Excellent communications skills with ability to present and document work according to standards.
- Highly organized and deadline oriented.
- Superior written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
