Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Ability to prioritize numerous competing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and get your hands dirty when needed
  • Basic Maintenance/Troubleshooting Experience a plus
  • Reliable car, a valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the market area
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the openings and off-boarding processes of our portfolio of homes, from submission of signed contracts through going public on the AvantStay website
  • Work cross-functionally with our Design, Operations, and Hospitality Teams to ensure the openings process runs smoothly, on-budget, and on-time
  • Analyze openings and off-boarding processes and procedures; stay abreast of current industry trends and standards
  • Assist in the tracking of handoffs and progress throughout the openings and off-boarding processes
  • Act as a brand ambassador and liaison for AvantStay with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Openings Manager to ensure delivery of each project
  • Manage additional openings and operations projects as necessary
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences, with a willingness to do whatever it takes to offer a consistent and valuable brand experience
  • Proactively identify issues and/or quality assurance concerns
  • Perform light maintenance as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in property openings and/or project management. Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, and/or property management is a plus
