Requirements
  • 5-7 years of Specialty Sales, Account Management and/or Institutional Sales experience in Life Science, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
  • 3-5 year of complex access and reimbursement markets, Buy and Bill experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree is Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption and deliver sales performance by proactively and continuously aspiring to serve customer needs and expectations
  • Differentiate Revance value proposition within targeted accounts and create a value ad partnership with all key stake holders
  • Ability to develop and execute individual account plans
  • Continuously build understanding of market and customer needs and expectations and share that intelligence information with field peers, sales leadership and marketing in order to best optimize brand strategy and field execution
  • Experienced in complex clinical, financial and organizational selling. Buy and Bill acquisition and reimbursement experience required
  • Experienced in collaborating in the field with sales peers, field reimbursement teams and MSL teams
  • Ability to complete all administrative task including call planning and reporting, expense reporting, and sample accountability reporting thoroughly and on time
  • Comply with all state and federal healthcare laws and regulations. Need to obtain and compile with all institutional and state credentialing requirements
  • Institutional credentialing required and ability to travel 50%-75% in geography, including weekends when needed for conferences and events
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to work and account plan cross functionally with internal partners and stakeholders
  • Experience working in multiple sites of care and ability to tailor sales strategy to meet the business model of each site of care
  • Experienced in complex reimbursement (Buy and Bill acquisition and reimbursement, broad payer and trade understanding)
  • High level account management experience
  • Direct experience collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience in forecasting and building attainable business plans
  • Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding goals and objectives
