- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Automation Strategy and Framework Development: Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements, architecture, and testing needs; Design and develop a comprehensive automation testing strategy and framework aligned with industry best practices and project objectives; Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools and technologies; Define and document automation testing processes, standards, and guidelines; Automation Test Planning and Design: Create detailed automation test plan outlining scope, approach, test scenarios, test data requirements and automation objectives; Identify and prioritize test cases suitable for automation; Design and develop modular, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks and libraries; Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability and maintainability of the application codebase; Test Automation Implementation and Execution: Lead and mentor a team of automation test engineers; Collaborate with infrastructure teams to set up test environments, data, and tool integrations; Execute and monitor automated test runs; Ensure efficient test data management and test environment maintenance; Automation Test Reporting and Maintenance: Analyze automated test results and generate comprehensive reports; Present automation test findings to stakeholders; Implement processes for ongoing maintenance and enhancement of automation framework and test suites; Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team, foster continuous learning and adherence to standards
