The Head of Analyst Relations is a key driver of our integrated communications program and will bolster awareness of Asana across key influencers and industry validators. Reporting to our Head of Global Corporate Marketing, this role is a critical member of our marketing team focused on amplifying Asana’s brand and product vision, driving enterprise credibility, and illustrating the value we deliver for global customers across analyst audiences.
This role will join Asana’s global marketing team and will focus on driving growth and building a brand that customers love. We’re looking for a leader who has built a high-impact analyst relations function and is a strong collaborator. You will act as a trusted partner to our business unit leaders while implementing analyst feedback and articulating our customer journey and category differentiators.
What you’ll achieve
- Drive the execution of our analyst relations strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders including product, product marketing, and leadership teams
- Work closely with our analyst relations agency partners to craft and execute our analyst relations strategy that focuses on core analysts/industry influencers that cove collaboration, work management, and adjacent coverage areas
- Lead the creation and submission process of content, presentation, and demos for key analyst reports by partnering across the organization to demonstrate Asana’s industry leadership and enterprise credibility
- Partner with regional marketing and events teams to determine sponsorship and participation at key analyst events and summits
- Grow and diversify our thought leadership around topics of productivity, collaboration, the future of work, and product innovation via monthly analyst briefings, inquiries, analyst days, and other interactions
- Enable sales and marketing teams to leverage analyst insights and recommendations for business growth and help guide product marketing with positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
- Partner cross-functionally to establish and maintain Asana’s leadership on customer and brand ambassador review sites including G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and more
About you
- Minimum 10 years of experience in analyst relations either in-house, agency, or a combination of both
- You have deep analyst relationships, strong writing skills, a finger on the pulse of B2B/SaaS trends, and the passion to pursue opportunities that are high-impact
- Strong understanding of industry issues relating to products, product categories, technologies, primary and competition, and general issues facing the industry
- Work experience in B2B or enterprise software is required
- You’re a hands-on, strategic analyst relations pro with a passion for crafting compelling product narratives, developing close relationships with key industry influencers, and working across teams to drive results
- You have built established relationships with top-tier analysts and have experience with regional analyst relations programs
- You’re a self-starter who loves working across every different team in the company

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we’re committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $190,000 - $256,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
