Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and:
  • For Principal Systems Engineer (level 3) – 5 years of experience or 3 years of experience and Master’s Degree or 0 years of experience and PhD.
  • For Senior Principal Systems Engineer (level 4) – 8 years of experience or 6 years of experience and Master’s Degree or 3 years of experience and PhD.
  • Ability to work independently and identify solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work with a team in a rapid prototyping environment.
  • Experience with one of the following:
  • Signals processing
  • Radar systems
  • Electronics systems performance analysis, test or integration
  • MATLAB, C/C++, Python or related languages
  • Research, Analysis, and Creating Assessments of Foreign Threats to US Military Operations
  • Analysis at the Survivability, Lethality, Vulnerability, Engagement, and/or Mission Level
  • Vehicle performance analysis
  • Air vehicle survivability analysis
  • Modeling and Simulation of Radars, Missiles, Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS), Air and/or Space platforms
  • Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Protection (EP), Electronic Countermeasures
  • Red and/or Blue CONOPs and TTPs
  • An active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance or higher is required to start.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
  • Must have ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Development of mathematical algorithms for mode/sensor implementation
  • Develops software to model behavior of systems in real-time and constructive simulations of sensors and other platforms.
  • Solicit input from various stakeholders, synthesize data, and communicate results to various levels of leadership within the organization.
  • Technical team leadership participating in technical peer reviews throughout the product lifecycle of design, development, integration and test, flight test requirements verification, and sustainment.
