Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- CPA Preferred
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- SAP technical skills
Responsibilities
- Specialized accounting transaction experience including due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations
- Responsible for intercompany accounting transactions such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost saving, automating work flow and streamlining processes
- Support the Month End Closing process
- Assist with external audits
- Research and adhere to GAAP accounting policies
- Coordination financial through mergers and acquisition business transactions
- Develop KPI performance reporting
- Evaluate financial hypothesis for risk and opportunity
