  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing strategies and execution.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-national, and multi-cultural work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for National Systems Integrators (NSIs) to achieve partnership growth goals.
  • Drive demand generation programs aligned with NSI initiatives to build a robust sales pipeline and increase net-new logo growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure program execution aligns with company objectives.
  • Track and report on the performance of sales programs and co-marketing initiatives; identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish an engagement framework to monitor and drive progress through Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
  • Identify and capitalize on new market trends and partnership opportunities to enhance competitive positioning.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and coordinate efforts within the distribution team.
  • Achieve key milestones in the first year, including the onboarding of new partners and the implementation of growth initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge in storage, virtualization, and/or data center technologies is a plus.
  • MBA is a plus.
