Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of applicable experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles
  • 1 year of applicable experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to collaborate with other disciplines within the organization
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
  • Customer quoting knowledge (CRM preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Manage order to cash responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sale support by supplying customer quotations
  • Handle post-sales support including order management, order entry execution, revenue recognition, updating customer delivery dates, handling RMA’s and returns
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and order issues
  • Facilitate new customer set-up
  • Support Field Service by updating dates in ERP system and releasing invoicing after service work completion
  • Support Rental Fleet Services by releasing monthly invoices for payment
  • Build strong relationships and promote teamwork within the team
  • Develop working knowledge of SAP ERP system and CRM quoting system
  • Build good customer relations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
