Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in go-to-market, business development, or product specialist in the programmatic space or digital advertising industry.
  • 2 years of experience in consulting, product management, business strategy, operations, or project management.
  • Experience in working with Agencies, Programmatic Media Buyers and Data Providers and DSPs (demand side platforms).
Responsibilities
  • Drive development of go-to-market strategies for a rapidly changing product and team environment spread across offices around the globe.
  • Work with our product teams to contribute actively to product development, advocate for partners, and generally get things done. Set goals for product adoption and work with others to deliver those results. Compile, prioritize, and synthesize market and sales ask into global sales requirements and then drive the product development process.
  • Deliver product training and collaborate with Exchange teams to craft and execute a partner engagement strategy. Translate technical product speak into benefits for partners, stakeholders, and users.
  • Attend external partner meetings as the Authorized Buyers and Exchange product expert.
  • Cultivate expert knowledge for our Agencies, Programmatic Buyers, media landscape, and ad technology. Be an advocate for partners in product strategy discussions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Google’s Ads products, sales teams, or service operations as well as the customer and engaged contexts related to the programmatic advertising space.
  • Ability to take data, insights and distill them into meaningful and coherent presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment, while navigating ambiguity throughout the process.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex business or technical concepts internally.
