Requirements
  • A BSc or MSc in Accounting, Business, or a related field, with a solid academic track record, and a commitment to completing a professional accounting qualification.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Index-Match, Macros, and Pivot Tables) to streamline data processing.

Responsibilities
  • Execute T+1 daily trading income reconciliations and report firm P&L to senior management and ownership.
  • Engage in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for global entities, gaining broad exposure.
  • Generate trader P&L statements and address any related queries from traders.
  • Participate in annual audits and tax processes across all US entities.
  • Collaborate with the financial accounting team to ensure smooth and efficient business funding.
  • Support trade and transaction reporting, as well as margin and risk management activities.
  • Partner with shared services teams to enhance the overall trader experience.
  • Lead and manage ad hoc and special projects as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with regulatory and statutory reporting (e.g., GAAP Reporting).
  • Proficiency in dashboard reporting and design (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting systems.
  • A solid understanding of traditional financial markets or cryptocurrency.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services or fintech (preferred, not required).
