Responsibilities
  • Lead the Global Talent CoE, driving an integrated talent strategy across Talent Management, Leadership Development, Workforce Planning, and Employer Branding
  • Design and implement enterprise-wide talent frameworks that foster consistency, scalability, and regional relevance
  • Interface with executive leadership to ensure consistency of talent strategy with corporate goals and cultural objectives
  • Leverage talent analytics and market insights to identify trends, inform planning, and support decision-making
  • Lead, facilitate and coordinate talent strategy meetings for assigned initiatives
  • Lead, facilitate and manage Global Talent team meetings and cross-functional collaboration
  • Build and execute learning and development strategies that enhance leadership capabilities, functional excellence, and career mobility
  • Interpret organizational development requirements and define strategies and policies to maintain talent pipeline strength
  • Implement modern learning solutions, including digital learning, coaching, mentoring, and experiential programs
  • Develop global leadership development programs, high-potential talent pipelines, and succession plans for critical roles

He will lead the diagnostic company's global legal, compliance and corporate governance functions, reporting to president and CEO Brian Blaser. Sisitsky brings over 25 years of legal experience in life sciences and technology sectors. He most recently served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at STAAR Surgical Company. Previously, he held senior legal roles at NuVasive, CareFusion Corporation and American Tower Corporation. He succeeds Michelle Hodges, who is retiring after years with QuidelOrtho. Strategic supply agreement for QuidelOrtho. * February 16, 2026 QuidelOrtho has entered a long-term strategic supply agreement with Chinese firm Lifotronic Technology, to expand its global immunoassay portfolio and accelerate customer access to scalable, high quality, cost-efficient solutions across select markets outside the United States. The agreement provides QuidelOrtho access to multiple high-throughput and low-to-mid volume immunoassay analyser platforms, each supported by a broad menu of assays spanning routine and specialty testing. The collaboration is expected to expand QuidelOrtho's immunoassay menu with more than 25 new assays on these systems that are not currently available on the VITROS system, within a total menu of over 70 assays on these new partner platforms. These additions are planned to increase QuidelOrtho's ability to compete for full-menu tenders and serve a wider range of laboratory settings, from smaller laboratories seeking low-volume solutions to larger, high-throughput environments that require scalable capacity and broad test menus.
