- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize client files and records.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and accounting.
- Open new files and run conflicts checks.
- Update docket sheets or information sheets on files.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
- Previous experience working as a legal secretary on the litigation defense side is highly preferred.
