Requirements
  • 15 years of demonstrated excellence in CRM, direct marketing, or customer engagement strategy
  • Proven leader and relationship builder with confident communication and presentation skills
  • Deep experience with addressable/owned channels and programs
  • Experience with leading MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Epsilon, etc.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven background
Responsibilities
  • Create CRM strategies and models for clients' business growth
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Lead strategy for new business pitches
  • Contribute to Marketing and Demand Generation activities
  • Use data and analytics for decision-making and measuring CRM effectiveness
  • Manage and mentor junior and mid-level strategists
