Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide project coordination and support to the senior leadership team from inception to completion.
  • Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team.
  • Coordinate meetings and organize and schedule large, complex activities, including cross-functional events, business travel, conferences, and department activities.
  • Develop meeting agendas, take and distribute minutes, and track action items.
  • Manage domestic and international travel plans.
  • Prepare expense reports and credit card reconciliations when appropriate, while providing the team with updates on travel and corporate policies.
  • Coordinate communications, schedules, and information flow between departments and offices.
  • Assist with communicating new and existing policies or system adaptations among offices.
  • Coordinate senior-level employee activities, including new hires, benefits, and evaluations, with Corporate People Services.
