  • Four years of hands-on experience administering and supporting ServiceNow in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, project management, public or business administration, or a related field
  • A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
Responsibilities
  • Lead the administration of the ServiceNow platform, including the configuration and customization of modules, workflows, and dashboards to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Monitor and manage the ITSM system’s operational queue, resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and implementing changes in a timely and effective manner
  • Drive the adoption of ITSM best practices within the platform, identifying and implementing enhancements that improve system efficiency, user experience, and alignment with ITIL standards
  • Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users, including new catalog items, process automation, and system integrations
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored solutions that support business goals
  • Prioritize and manage a backlog of enhancement requests, balancing day-to-day operational needs with longer-term strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide visibility into ITSM performance, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Other job duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Five years of enterprise-level ServiceNow administration and development experience
  • Three years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions in a large-scale organization
  • Strong background in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), including HAM and SAM Pro
  • Familiarity with the Workspace Delivery module and advanced ServiceNow modules
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist Certification
  • Other relevant certifications in ITSM platforms such as Remedy, HP Service Manager, or Cherwell
