  • You have prior experience in a dispatch courier role
  • You must be able to complete and pass a Background Check and Drug Screen prior to employment
Responsibilities
  • Support any efforts to mitigate the impact to our customer experience and on time delivery
  • Assign delivery routes and maintain contact with Logistics Leads throughout the day
  • Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best in class customer service
  • Collaborate with management to modify routes and zones to achieve target efficiency
  • Respond to issues and follow up by coordinating with the appropriate team members
  • Daily review of on-time delivery and performance by zone
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Communicate with leads and couriers to resolve problems within delivery zones
  • In-depth knowledge of Capsule product and logistics procedures
  • Continuously assess current practices and strive to improve delivery processes through real time experience and recommendations to leadership
