  • A completed medical degree and completed residency education.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage your physician experience to contribute to the development of the Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy for targeted new clinician markets, in collaboration with the Director of the US Clinicians Market.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and unique customer needs in each new target group.
  • Identify and prioritize key market entry points based on growth potential and investment required.
  • Help to build and execute an end-to-end GTM strategy, including positioning, messaging, and direct customer sales.
  • Contribute to lead and execute on Market Performance Analysis & Optimization.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, such as acquisition cost, conversion rates, usage rates, and overall market ROI.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform continuous improvements to the product and positioning.
  • Deliver regular reports and presentations on market expansion progress, challenges, and results to the Director of the US Clinicians market and additional stakeholders.
  • Create compelling marketing messages through written copy and visuals that reflect our unique brand and offering for the targeted audience.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing experts (marketing managers, graphics team, video team, CRM team…), product specialists (product managers, engineers…), institutional sales teams and market leadership.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge in the medical education and clinical decision support industry.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for AMBOSS, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, and other industry events to network with and learn from potential customers.
