Position overview:
This is an exciting new role to support the new business and marketing efforts. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing, Jo Rigby, this role offers a wide range of experience from competing in new business pitches to raising the profile of the agency amongst our stakeholders of client prospects, intermediaries, journalists and our IPG family.
We are hugely ambitious with our network growth and every part, of every pitch needs to be delivered with excellence. It’s by going the extra mile that we stand out from our competitors.
New Business
- Managing our Growth Hub of RFI responses, case studies and videos
- Supporting the completion of RFIs and RFPs, from organising meetings of the team to structuring responses to pitch exam questions
- Managing the pitch process and ensuring that our internal deadlines are clearly communicated and met
- Preparing the team and pitch meeting rooms to deliver an outstanding pitch experience
- Creating and activating pitch winning ideas
Marketing
- Responsible for updating our agency info on platforms such as ALF, COMvergence and RECMA
- Supporting the production of case studies, written and visual content
- Updating our website
- Ensuring that our agency branding is followed and that we show up looking consistently brilliant
- Supporting the creation of events such as our Media Partner annual event, joint-IPG events and other times in the calendar
What you’ll bring to this role
- We can’t stress enough how much organisational and operational excellence we need from you!
- We’re looking for someone who is never satisfied with ‘that’ll do’, you’ll always be pushing for better to increase our new business success and generate positive agency profile opportunities.
- You’ll have existing experience in agency or publisher new business, marketing, account strategy or management. This move will bring you greater responsibility than you currently have or be a brilliant opportunity to expand your experience of the comms industry.
- You’ll completely get that there’s no such thing as a low-level task within a new business and marketing environment – everything we do adds the magic.
- You’ll be excited about the impact you can have on creating memorable client experiences. The buzz of pitch excites you; you have huge pools resilience and positivity to inspire the team through the hard nine yards.
