Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • At least 8 years of experience in an HR enterprise resource planning system development role, including troubleshooting and resolving environment issues for enterprise software applications.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Workday Human Capital Management and expertise in multiple modules.
  • Proficiency in Workday report writing, including custom, advanced, matrix, and composite reports, as well as dashboards and hubs.
  • Strong understanding of Workday functional modules and their associated business processes.
  • Proven proficiency in configuring and maintaining Workday functional modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday business process frameworks, workflows, and security implications.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations and solutions.
  • A high-speed broadband internet connection of at least 50 Mbps and the ability to establish a wired connection to the home network.
  • Completion of identity verification, a comprehensive background check, and in-person I-9 verification; drug screening may also be required.
Responsibilities
  • Support system administration, including business process configuration and design of Workday Human Resources.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy solutions in an Agile framework.
  • Identify system pain points, determine root causes, and develop Workday solutions for short-term and long-term requirements.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and downstream impacts to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes.
  • Design and develop custom reports to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and administer security in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide end-user support by conducting root cause analysis and resolving issues through the ticketing system.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for the design, configuration, and testing of requested changes and enhancements.
  • Manage the design and development of deliverables independently.
  • Support Workday release activities.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience supporting and configuring at least three Workday modules, such as Human Capital Management, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits, or Talent Management.
  • Exposure to scripting or programming with a foundational understanding of artificial-intelligence-assisted automation.
  • Ability to leverage emerging artificial intelligence technologies to enhance HR technology solutions and operational efficiency.
  • Experience serving as a Functional Lead on a large-scale, end-to-end Workday implementation, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and drive successful delivery of Workday initiatives in complex organizational environments.
  • Willingness to work until 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time / 11:30 p.m. India Standard Time.
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Workday certifications.
