  • Experience in a Chief of Staff or equivalent role
  • Experience designing and managing operating routines to optimize information flow (huddles, MBRs, status update briefings, QBRs, LT)
  • Experience in a high growth SaaS business
  • Project management experience and an ability to manage multiple projects at once; strong ability to prioritize
  • Experience proactively and successfully implementing change management strategies
  • Ability to handle the details while understanding the bigger picture

Responsibilities
  • You take responsibility to drive critical, cross-functional projects, as well as recurring reporting deliverables to the leadership team, investors, and board
  • You have a strategic mindset, a passion for excellence, and have collaborated with executive teams and key leaders to elevate communication, execution, and accountability
  • You have developed OKRs and aligned them with corporate strategy
  • You have developed presentations and communications to a global organization and for a board of directors
  • You have assisted with coordination of programs across the organization, planned and led executive leadership meetings, and facilitated discussions and action items
  • You have supported post-M&A integrations and corporate development initiatives
  • You have led and managed project implementation, leveraging project management tooling, and facilitated shared understanding across a variety of business functions
  • You have experience in managing executive operations, such as helping keep the CEO focused on the company's highest priorities
  • You are proactive and work to identify gaps and to fill them
  • You are knowledgeable and familiar with SaaS and SaaS metrics
  • Drive strategic projects and initiatives (from scoping to implementation and tracking)
  • Led the creation of thoughtful content for internal and external events, working with the CEO, President, Flashpoint Leadership team, and other Flashpoint team members
  • Support the CEO through coordination of executive priorities, implementation of operational objectives, and strategic thought leadership
  • Act as a central point of coordination for the leadership team processes and activities, ensuring that the CEO always has a current view of progress across the organization
  • Plan and direct operational activities including Town Halls, Leadership Team Meetings, and off-sites
  • Within 30 days

  • Begin to establish trust and alignment with the Leadership team and across the organization
