Requirements
  • 5 plus years Document Control Administrator experience preferably in a manufacturing firm.
  • Experience managing documentation ranging from vendor, toll-manufacturers, internal manufacturing to product management.
  • Experience with one or more PLM tools like Arena and experience in maintaining documentations and work-flows in Share-point.
  • Experience across all phases of product development from prototype to mass production.
  • Associates Technical Degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel across sites up to 25% of time.
Responsibilities
  • Own and operate the document control system at Electric Hydrogen
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining Document Control processes assuring document control, change control and archival requirements are met per company needs
  • Support the workflow and delivery of required documents for various internal and external projects
  • Help setup and manage the level of access for various documentations
  • Oversee the flow and management of documents from various sources
  • Manage interfaces with all parties involved ensuring the workflows and distribution matrices are managed for accurate, fast, and efficient information sharing. Identify and mitigate obstacles as necessary
  • Train team members in processes and document control software as necessary
