Customer Role Job Description : Salesforce Technical Lead 1. Hands on experience in Sales, Service Cloud and Community cloud. (2 out of 3 should be fine) 2. Hands on experience in Flows, Apex, Triggers, Test classes, Lightning Web Components 2. Experience in leading Technical team 3. Understand business requirements, conduct technical Fit-Gap in salesforce and provide work effort and duration estimation 4. Creation of Salesforce design and entity models & Configuration 5. Provide technical design and Implement changes 6. Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements 7. Perform code review and best practices 8. Status Reporting, Excellent communication skills - written and verbal 9. Salesforce Certifications in Sales, Service,Platform Developer , Platform Developer 2 and is a must 10. Experience in Agile methodology 11. Guidance on Integration and customization, Design Validation, Drive Solution using Configuration 12. Integration tools such as MuleSoft , Dell Boomi and Informatica, Proficient in Integration design, patterns, Rest/SOAP API
