Requirements
- 2 years in strategic consulting role & Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Management, Economics or similar discipline (or foreign equivalent)
- Experience using statistical analysis to analyze market size and sales volumes with Alteryx and Tableau
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Proficient in building financial models in Microsoft Excel
- 1 year of strategic consulting/business analyst in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the go-to-market strategy for our AI-powered polyp detection software, SKOUT, for gastroenterologists (60%)
- Identifying the appropriate price point and pricing model by quantifying ROI for users, analyzing the competitive landscape, and conducting interviews with gastroenterologists
- Developing scenarios and forecasting sales for each market segment in the next 5 years
- Crafting the right massaging, segmenting customers, developing marketing material, presenting/demonstrating the product at conferences
- Defining hardware requirements (including specs for GPU, CPU, motherboard) and evaluating contract manufacturers based on their technology capabilities, reliability, speed, and cost
- Analyzing the clinical trial data and developing the 510k package for FDA submission
- Defining customer support model to handle non-complaints, complaints, adverse events and medical inquiries after the commercialization
- Developing and executing the end-to-end supply chain process (sales, placing purchase orders to manufacturer, device shipment and installation, customer support, product return)
- Discussing with the management team of our partner company, Provation, to align on and implement the go-to-market strategy
- Design R&D strategy and manage data annotation to develop novel scoring systems for Inflammatory Bowel Disease and the auto-documentation software for gastroenterologists (40%)
- Discussing with the Machine Learning, Product, and Business Development teams to align on the model development strategy and timeline
- Analyzing the quality of images, videos, and patient metadata to determine the appropriate annotation approach (e.g. classification, object detection, polygon annotation)
- Defining labels used to annotate specific colon features such as ulceration, erosion, erythema, friability, and vascularity
- Evaluating the annotation quality and analyzing the ML model performance to adjust the annotation approach and additional data to feed into the model
- Working with the Product Team and Engineering Team to define the long-term vision of auto-documentation software
- Working with cross functional leaders to translate vision into quarterly Objectives and Key Results, weekly or monthly metrics and operational plans
- Developing the resource capacity planning to execute on quarterly OKRs and operational plans
- Translating the market research findings into product development plans
- Defining the AI model development approach, timeline, and specifications for the cloud and edge solutions
