Terra aggregates and structures health and fitness data from multiple sources (e.g., Garmin, Fitbit, Oura) and provides a developer-focused API. It ingests data in various formats, normalizes it into a consistent data model, and exposes it through structured endpoints, along with debugging tools and comprehensive documentation, so businesses can access reliable health data for their applications. The product is designed for B2B use, selling access to its data to other companies, not individual users. Terra differentiates itself by targeting developers with strong testing and support tooling, extensive docs, and an expanding set of integrations (WearOS, Apple SDKs, iHealth, FatSecret, FreestyleLibre), while maintaining HIPAA compliance to ensure data privacy and security. Its goal is to become a trusted data backbone for health and fitness data, enabling other businesses to build health-tech applications quickly and securely.
