Requirements
  • Must have a basic understanding of networking technologies.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Networking, or Engineering
  • Excellent communication and computer skills are a requirement, specifically Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with some direction.
  • Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to adapt to changing work environments/people/process/tools
Responsibilities
  • Testing of our internal AI systems
  • Participate in weekly calls, discuss testing needs and results
  • Update documentation for better AI outcomes and help train partners on how to get results as we expand the partner AI program.
  • Create concise 3-4 page slide decks for each of Extreme’s products, summarizing key features and benefits for quick reference before customer demos or meetings.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to update and maintain the competitive data within the Iris tool, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.
  • Work with the PLM team to gather information and assist in adding new products into the Iris tool.
  • Regularly review and update workshop slides and product testing materials to ensure screenshots are up-to-date, and all steps are clearly outlined.
  • Assist SEs on customer calls, gaining exposure to quoting processes and participating in real-world sales activities.
  • Work with demonstration kit SMEs to learn how to upgrade firmware, make configuration changes and conduct basic demos.
  • Create short overview videos of how customers can perform basic processes (e.g. Open a ticket with GTAC, add a device to XIQ, deploy XIQ-SE, link XIQ to support portal etc.)
