Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of service advisors, ensuring their performance meets company standards
  • Manage the appointment scheduling process, optimizing workflow and maximizing shop capacity
  • Maintain effective communication with technicians, customers, and management, providing updates and resolving issues promptly
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels of parts and supplies to support service operations
  • Monitor the quality of service provided, ensuring that repairs are completed accurately and on time
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the service department
  • Other duties as assigned
