Requirements
  • 1-2 years of Xactly Incent experience (Xactly CEA and Connect is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, incentive compensation, or a related analyst role.
  • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, etc.).
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and other business systems like Tableau and Workday.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
  • Providing support to ensure the sales commissions and bonuses are calculated accurately, in a timely manner, and in adherence to the company's T&Cs and relevant policies.
  • Using advanced Excel skills for monthly validation, analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure commission accuracy.
  • Administration of the Xactly Incent & CEA platform, ensuring accurate configuration of commission plans, rules, and calculations, including maintenance of sales commission plans.
  • Resolving commission disputes via our Jira Service Support Desk.
  • Understanding Collibra’s strategic objectives and working with sales leaders to design compensation structures to achieve those objectives.
  • Participating in year-end and mid-year comp plan changes, including the preparation and distribution of annual documents.
  • Cooperating with other parties involved in the sales compensation process, including Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams.
  • Contributing to developing, testing, and continuously improving systems to track or capture data effectively.
  • Identifying and escalating system and process gaps and potential issues needing additional support, review, or action by management.
