As a member of the Growth Marketing Team at Vanta, the Demand Generation Manager will manage global integrated campaigns that generate awareness, create demand, and capture demand, with the overarching goal of increasing pipeline growth. This role will support channel strategy and execution, and pipeline analysis and optimization.

What you’ll do as a Demand Generation Manager at Vanta:

• Quarterback global marketing campaigns by supporting full-funnel channel strategy in alignment with campaign goals  

• Work cross-functionally on campaign planning, deliverables, execution, and metrics tracking 

• Analyzing pipeline and identifying areas for optimizations, and then executing on these strategies while tracking improvements 

• Evaluate channels that drive new Vanta leads, including podcasts, newsletters, content syndication and out-of-home.

• Partner with regional teams to drive both regional variations of global campaigns, as well as smaller campaigns that can influence global pipeline

How to be successful in this role:

• Proficient in end-to-end marketing campaign management with global audiences and/or B2B audiences 

• Adept in project management frameworks and managing large workloads across multiple teams and stages of the sales cycle

• Ability to interpret data and clearly communicate recommendations 

• Experience with tools like Tableau, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Asana (do not have to be exact matches) 

• Strong communicator and collaborator

• 5+ years of campaigns or demand generation experience, ideally in a SaaS startup

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $109,000 - $128,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
