Job Description

As the Senior Technical Program Manager, AI Strategy and Communication, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication between our AI, product marketing, product management, and legal teams. Additionally, you will work closely with engineering teams and engineering technical program managers to ensure alignment between AI R&D and engineering development schedules. You will drive project execution, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a technology or AI-focused organization.
• Strong understanding of AI and its applications in education and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex statistics simply to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with educational technology or directly with educational leaders is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• 5+ years experience in project management tools and methodologies, including JIRA for strategic tracking.
• Familiarity with SageMaker and Weights and Biases is a plus.
• 5+ years Experience in facilitating alignment between R&D and engineering development schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• 5+ years Project Management  in an R&D setting required
• 5+ years Project Management  in AI/Data Science setting required
