Requirements
  • High level of Microsoft Office Suite proficiency using Word, Excel(Pivot tables, formatting, etc..), PowerPoint, Outlook and OneDrive.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare or health insurance support role
  • Salesforce and/or Marketo experience preferred
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and interact with Quest databases
  • Able to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Support the overall process for receiving and transforming provider data into an operational system or format for data ingestion into our provider database
  • Perform completeness checks for all required data elements
  • Normalize data to meet ETL or other data ingestion tool requirements
  • Update tracking systems to document the receipt and processing of provider data
  • Upload provider data to the appropriate locations for processing
  • Support the department in tracking and reporting metrics
  • Work closely with Quest teams or third parties who will perform operational or management services on the data
