  • Education - Bachelor or Master's degree from a top-tier engineering school (or equivalent) or a top-tier business school

Responsibilities
  • Investigate merchants’ issues, find solutions, and make sure their operations keep running smoothly.
  • Capture and prioritize feedback from users to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Troubleshoot problems alongside engineers and ensure fixes are delivered quickly.
  • Support product launches with clear documentation, training, and communication so merchants adopt new features with confidence.
  • Analyze product usage to uncover opportunities that drive adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure merchants get the best possible product experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Work experience - Past experience in a cross-functional role in technology, support or operations.
  • Programming - Experience with software engineering and programming, or software tools (inspector, Google Cloud logs, Postman, etc.). If you're interested, the role can include development and maintenance of our software.
  • Data Analysis - Ability to analyze product data and manipulate databases (SQL)
